From our Resource Centre in Sarnia and through outreach locations across the county, we work to make employment services accessible to the people and businesses we serve.

We take the time to understand each person's unique circumstances, strengths, and goals. By providing individualized support, local labour market knowledge, and connections to community resources, we help people make informed decisions and take meaningful steps toward employment success.
As an Employment Ontario service provider, funded by the Government of Canada and the Government of Ontario and supported in part by the County of Lambton, we provide employment services at no cost to eligible job seekers through the Windsor Regional Employment Network.

We also partner with employers across Lambton County to help address hiring needs and strengthen the local workforce.
